Q:What form of payments do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay/Clearpay.
Q:My product is damaged/I want to return it, what should I do? A: In the event your item is damaged or not to your liking, please contact us and we can help arrange replacements, or full returns. From here we’ll take care of next steps to ensure you have a seamless experience.
Q: Can the stickers tolerate water and sun? A: Our current stickers are all currently water AND UV resistant!
(By no means dishwasher proof— but some water, rain, or sun won’t hurt them at all!)
Q:What is the estimated processing time/delivery time? A: We process orders within an hour and you should get an email with tracking after you place your order! The usual time is around 3-7 days for stickers and 1-2 weeks for clothing from ordering to delivery.
Q:What do you use to ship your products through? A: We process through Printify and deliver via USPS.
Q:Do you ship to other countries outside the USA? A: We currently ship only inside of the US but have future plans to offer to many other countries!
Q:Do you take commissions/ do you have plans for “X” products in my favorite fandom? A: We are steadily growing and making sure all the kinks are worked out of our process, we plan to add new designs frequently so please check our socials and the shop for new products!
Q:Do you have a rewards program? A: In the future we plan to expand our community to eventually include this— stay tuned!
